Dairy Free Chocolate Pudding (No Sugar!)

Dairy Free Chocolate Pudding No sugar – Avocado Style!
That’s right chocolate pudding made from Avocado’s! This is a great treat for small and big kids alike. Very healthy.

1. 2 whole Avocado’s
2. 1/2 cup to 3/4 cup Blue Agave (Glycemic index of 11 compared too sugar or honey which ranges between 55 and 83)
3. 1/4 cup of carob powder
4. 2 tbs of coconut or rice milk
5. 1 tbs of organic vanilla extract
6. Dash of sea salt
7. Dash of cinnamon
8. OPTIONAL- Add one drop of Young Living’s Peppermint oil to make it a peppermint chocolate flavor. CAUTION – only use Young Living’s essential oil for this as they have been approved by the FDA for internal consumption and others have not.

Blend the ingredients together in mixing bowel with hand blender. You can add chocolate chips if you want, just keep it nominal.

You can eat right away, or refrigerate for a bit first. I like it better cold. Our daughter ate this for years not realizing she was eating Avocado.
